Yesterday, I went to work expecting a normal day. And it was a “normal” day in our “new normal.” Around noon, we received word that a nearly two year old girl and her newborn brother needed a home. And we accepted. Way different than one five year old. We knew it would be quick and it was very quick.
At the moment, they are both sleeping. I have a feeling this will be rare. We will keep you posted.
Lots more prayer coming at you and your family, love the Webbers!
I bet your kids are SO cute, I love those ages!
woohoo! congrats and prayers!
Hey – just got to your blog via the foster parent podcast site! We are also foster parents, we’ve been on the crazy journey for about two years. I love reading about other foster parents as well! We blog about our experiences as foster parents at http://the-popps.blogspot.com – feel free to stop by! We’ll keep you all in our prayers – I know that the first placement can be a little scary, but exciting too!
Ooops…just kept reading the blog and realized it’s not your first….but we’ll be praying for you anyway! Ha! 🙂
